* Michael A. Girardin, 48, of Oxford, Sept. 14, disorderly conduct, released on personal recognizance, Oxford Police Department.

* David S. Moore, 34, of Rumford, Sept. 14, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing and violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.

* Merle E. Lang, 52, of Woodstock, Sept. 15, failure to pay fines for theft and for trafficking, $885 cash bail, Norway Police Department.
