* Roland K. Bartlett, 20, of Brownfield, Sept. 16, domestic assault and criminal mischief, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Brandon E. Virgin, 24, of Carthage, Sept. 16, failure to pay fines for burglary, theft, stealing drugs and violating condition of release, $2,515 cash bail, Dixfield Police Department.

* Judith A. Walker, 62, of Rumford, Sept. 16, domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening, $700 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Christopher M. Labbe, 39, of Lewiston, Sept. 17, failure to stop for an officer, operating after suspension, driving to endanger and possession of marijuana, $300 cash bail, Dixfield Police Department.
