AUBURN — A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Philip’s, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish on Tuesday for Norman L. Caron Sr. The Rev. Robert Lupo officiated and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Lewiston. The readings and prayer of the faithful were proclaimed by Jean Castonguay. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Mr. Caron’s sons, Norman Caron Jr. and Peter Caron. Words of remembrance were shared by his grandaughter, Cari Beach. Pallbearers were Bert Chretien, Brandon Seubert, Tyler Seubert, Rick Steele, Ken Violette and Gary Violette. A reception celebrating Mr. Caron’s life was held at the home of Gabby Violette following committal services. A service of The Fortin Group Cremation and Monument Services.
