Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court:

* Dustin McLain, 26, Rumford, furnishing liquor to a minor, 9:05 p.m. Sept. 18 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Theresa Nicholson, 26, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 1:19 p.m. Sept. 18 on Forest Avenue. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Rumford District Court.

* Joshua Bernard, 27, Rumford, burglary, criminal mischief and theft, 11:30 p.m. Sept. 17 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $1,400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 16 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

* Michael Fallon, 21, Peru, operating under the influence, 10:30 p.m. Sept. 15 on Route 2. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
