WILTON — Police say a local woman was arrested after she rammed her vehicle into her ex-boyfriend’s Friday night with their 1-year-old son asleep in the back seat of her car.

Rebecca L. Maiuri, 19, of Wilton was arrested on charges of domestic criminal mischief and reckless endangerment of a child after police responded to Arkay Street about 10 p.m. Friday.

She apparently rammed the front of her vehicle into the side of his parked one, according to the police report.

The child was not injured. The father was not hurt and was there when Wilton Officer Matt Billian arrived.

The Maine Department of Health and Human Services was called and the child was released to the custody of the father.

Maiuri was taken to Franklin County Detention Center. She was bailed from the detention center on Saturday on $500 cash and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 13.

Both vehicles received scruff marks and the front grill on Maiuri’s vehicle was pushed in.
