LEWISTON — College for ME-Androscoggin along with its partner Lewiston Public Library will host an Adult Aspirations Fair at Lewiston Public Library’s Callahan Hall on Wednesday, Sept. 28.

Representatives from Maine colleges and certificate schools as well as Women, Work, and Community and the Maine CareerCenter will be on hand to meet with area adults to discuss possible educational opportunities. The Adult Aspirations Fair, based on college fairs popular with teenagers, will run from 10 a.m. to noon.

Representatives from the following schools and organizations will be on hand to meet with adults: Bernard’s School of Hair, the CareerCenter, Central Maine Community College, Central Maine College of Nursing and Health Professions, Empire Beauty School, Husson College, Kaplan University, Lewiston Adult Education, Lewiston CareerCenter, New England School of Metalwork, Northeast Technical Institute, Southern Maine Community College, Spa Technical Institute, University of Maine Augusta, University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College and Maine Women, Work and Community.

The Adult Aspirations Fair is free to attend and the general public is welcome.
