* Christopher M. Gerry, 41, of Porter, Sept. 20, domestic assault, $200 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* George F. O’Neill, 39, of Livermore Falls, Sept. 20, two counts of failure to appear for failure to comply with sex offender registry charges, $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured surety, Rumford Police Department.

* Nicholas R. Varnum, 21, of Mexico, Sept. 20, violation of bail condition, Mexico Police Department.

* Morgan C. Moore, 46, of Waterford, Sept. 21, failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, $350 cash bail, Maine State Police.
