* Scott W. Mayberry, 31, of Bedford, Va., Sept. 21, failure to register as a sex offender, $1,500 unsecured bond, Oxford Police Department.

* Joseph P. Begin, 28, of Paris, Sept. 22, domestic assault, $500 cash bail, Paris Police Department.
