So, some members of the Auburn City Council want to hold a closed door meeting to vote to unseat Glenn Aho as city manager? What are they unhappy about?

How about having an open door meeting so the public can hear the councilors’ petty grievances?

I haven’t always agreed with things the city manager has done, but I’m a lot less happy with the City Council.

“If I don’t like the way the meeting is going, I’m leaving,” seems to be their refrain.

Sounds pretty childish to me.

But, that’s Auburn politics and it probably won’t change in my lifetime.
