Arrests/summonses

Sept. 18 at 12:54 p.m., Theresa Nicholson, 26, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Cumberland Street on a charge of domestic violence assault. Nicholson posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 8.

Sept. 18 at 8:20 p.m., Alyssa Tarleton, 20, of Warner, N.H., was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street with illegal possession of liquor by a minor. Tarleton is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 8.

Sept. 18 at 8:30 p.m., Drake Higgins, 28, of St. Albans was summonsed by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Higgins is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 18 at 8:30 p.m., Michael Good, 34, of Bangor was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street with possession of drug paraphernalia. Good is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 18 at 9:05 p.m., Dustin McLean, 26, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor. McLean posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 19 at 5:21 p.m., Ashley Curtis, 18, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Congress Street with assault. Curtis is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court t on Nov. 8.

Sept. 20 at 4:42 p.m., Chelsea Vattes, 19, of Peru was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Lincoln Avenue with operating after suspension. Vattes is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 20 at 11:28 p.m., John Welch, 23, of Mexico was charged by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Hancock Street with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of scheduled drugs. Welch is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 8.

Sept. 20 at 11:28 p.m., Carl Parise, 22, of Mexico was charged by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Hancock Street with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Parise is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 8.

Sept. 22 at 12:12 a.m., Eve Roberts, 41, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Cumberland Street on a charge of violation conditions of release. Roberts was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 8.

Sept. 22 at 7:23 p.m., Donna Turner, 36, of Mexico was charged by Cpl. Donald Miller on Hancock Street with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Turner is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 8.

Sept. 23 at 7:41 a.m., Joseph Gaudet, 23 of Mexico was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Hancock Street with operating after suspension. Gaudet is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 23 at 7:55 a.m., Crystal Buotte, 25, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Lincoln Avenue with permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Buotte is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 23 at 8:10 a.m., Domenic D’Angelo, 23, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Kennebec Street on a charge of operating after suspension. D’Angelo posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 23 at 12:45 p.m., Timothy Flaherty, 51, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Route 2 with violation conditions of release. Flaherty is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 23 at 11:40 p.m., Mark Mackerron, 55, of Westbrook was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Kennebec Street on a charge of operating under the influence. Mackerron posted $600 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 24 at 2:34 a.m., Jacob Daigneault, 21, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Cumberland Street on a charge of violation conditions of release. Daigneault was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 24 at 11:27 p.m., Brooke Hutchins, 18, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Donald Miller on Spruce Street with illegal possession of liquor by a minor. Hutchins is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 8.

Sept. 25 at 8:31 a.m., Seth Matthews, 23, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Franklin Street with disorderly conduct. Matthews is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Assault

Sept. 19 at 1:15 a.m., Cpl. Donald Miller investigated an assault on Hancock Street. Victim refused to press charges.

Criminal mischief

Sept. 23 at 9:34 a.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant investigated damage to a garage window on Swain Road. Estimated loss $150.

Sept. 25 at 12:29 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated the egging of two vehicles on Somerset Street.

Theft

Sept. 19 at 11:42 a.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant investigated the theft of a wallet and cash from a vehicle on Cumberland Street. Estimated loss: $70.

Sept. 20 at 8:11 a.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated the theft of a $50 bicycle from Franklin Street. The victim located bicycle, no charges filed.

Sept. 23 at 9:19 a.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated the theft a table valued at $90 from Spruce Street.

Sept. 16 at 10:02 p.m., acting Cpl. Donald Miller investigated a gas drive off from a Hancock Street business. Estimated loss $15. Incident under investigation.

Wanted

Sherri Turner, 47, of Peru is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant charging failure to pay fines for operating after suspension. Warrant is dated Aug. 15, 2011.
