* Anthony W. Carro, 25, of Paris, Sept. 23, possession of heroin and probation hold, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.

* Kevin M. Litchfield Jr., 24, of Bryant Pond, Sept. 23, possession of scheduled drug and probation hold, Paris Police Department.

* Jacob P. Daigneault, 21, of Rumford, Sept. 24, violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.

* Jessica A. Pardi, 35, of Woodstock, Sept. 25, failure to appear for operating while license suspended or revoked charge, $250 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.
