Arrests/summonses

Sept. 26 at 1:38 a.m., Jamie Skidgell, 19, of Augusta was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Lincoln Avenue with possession of marijuana. Skidgell is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 27 at 11:46 p.m., Ryan Hemingway, 34, of Rumford was charged  by Cpl. Donald Miller on Lochness Road with attaching false plates and violation conditions of release. Hemingway is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec.6.

Sept. 28 at 10:20 p.m., Shaunna Paquette, 27, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Prospect Avenue on a warrant charging failure to pay fines for an operating after suspension. Paquette posted $610 cash and was released.

Sept. 28 at 10:20 p.m., Shawn Hodge, 31, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Prospect Avenue on three warrants charging failure to pay fines for operating after suspension. Hodge was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Sept. 29 at 9:30 p.m., David Crosby, 35, of Mexico was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Prospect Avenue on charges of burglary, assault and criminal trespass. Crosby posted $1,200 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on Dec. 16.

Sept. 30 at 5:14 p.m., Jacob Ortiz, 32, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Byron Street on charges of domestic violence assault, violation conditions of release and two separate counts of assault. Ortiz was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 30 at 9:57 a.m., Adam Downs, 28, of Mexico was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Lincoln Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct. Downs was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 30 at 9:59 p.m., Brandon Holmes, 25, of Rumford was charged Patrolman Joseph Sage on Hancock Street with possession of schedule Z drug. Holmes is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Sept. 30 at 11:39 p.m., Tara Amburg, 25, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Cumberland Street. Amburg was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Burglary

Sept. 30 at 6:24 a.m., Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated a burglary at a garage and attempted burglary the residence on Somerset Street. Incident under investigation.

Sept. 30 at 7:08 a.m., Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated a burglary of a vehicle on Somerset Street. A purse was taken. Estimated loss: $25. Incident under investigation.

Sept. 30 at 4:14 p.m., Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated burglary of a residence on Somerset Street. Estimated damage: $200. Incident under investigation.

Theft

Sept. 28 at 11:59 p.m., Patrolman Michael Belanger investigated theft of a cellphone on Kennebec Street. No loss estimate listed.

Wanted

Jeremy Belskis, 24, Mexico, is wanted on two Paris District Court warrants charging failure appear for violation conditions of release. The warrants are dated Sept. 27, 2011.
