AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer Managing Employee Performance on Thursdays, Oct. 20 and 27, from 9 a.m. to noon. Cost of the program is $149 and includes all materials.

Participants will learn how to address performance issues to positively impact employee success and the organization’s bottom line. Topics include: setting expectations, giving feedback, coaching for improved performance, dealing with difficult employees, documenting performance and effective interventions.

This training program is ideal for managers, supervisors, team leaders and human resource professionals.

The course will be facilitated by Tom Reichard. Reichard has more than 30 years experience in health care human resources administration. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
