BIDDEFORD — TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, has named William A. Fuller the manager of the store at 299 Elm St., Biddeford.

An assistant vice president, he is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the area.

Fuller has five years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a relationship manager at KeyBank in Portland. Fuller is a member of Heart of Biddeford and the Biddeford-Saco Chamber of Commerce.

A Standish resident, Fuller is a 2008 graduate of Kaplan University in South Portland. He grew up in Harrison and graduated from Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School in South Paris.
