Sean T. McDonough, 29, of Portland, Oct. 5, leaving the scene of an accident, operating after suspension, operating under the influence, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to submit to arrest or detention and displaying a suspended or revoked operator’s license, $10,000 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

Sara J. Paquette, 20, of Rumford, Oct. 5, assault, $500 unsecured bond, Rumford Police Department.
