FARMINGTON — The Fire Rescue Department will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 15, as part of Fire Prevention Week at the Fire Station.

Fire Department members will show and demonstrate equipment as well as answer questions about firefighting. Firefighters will provide numerous handouts that offer suggestions for good fire prevention practices for the home and workplace. Light refreshments will be available.

The Smoke Trailer will be available for anyone who wishes to participate in its operation and experience its effects.

The Fire Station’s address is 153 Farmington Falls Road.
