RUMFORD — Patrol officers responded to 128 complaints from noon Oct. 2 to midnight Oct. 10.

Arrests/summonses

Oct. 3 at 8:15 a.m., Arthur MacIsaac, 37, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Bridge Street on a charge of operating after suspension. MacIsaac posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec.6.

Oct. 3 at 12:30 a.m., Seth Matthews, 23, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Waldo Street with violation conditions of release. Matthews is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Oct. 3 at 10:30 p.m., Tina Dolloff, 36, of Mexico was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Bridge Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired license more than 90 days. Dolloff posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 4 at 11:35 a.m., Angel Kist, 27, of Greenwood was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Congress Street on a warrant charging obstructing the report of a crime. Kist was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Oct. 4 at 4:35 p.m., Greg Fowler, 41, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Congress Street on a warrant charging unpaid fines for operating under the influence. Fowler was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Oct. 5 at 12:50 a.m., Jeffrey Hill, 23, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Rangeley Place on a charge of violation conditions of release. Hill is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 5 at 4 p.m., Sara Paquette, 23, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Rumford Avenue on a charge of assault. Paquette was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec.6.

Oct. 7 at 12:43 a.m., Richard Degen, 42, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Donald Miller on Waldo Street on a charge of operating under the influence. Degen is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 7 at 4:15 p.m., Jesse Arsenault, 24, of Peru was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Hancock Street on a charge of operating after suspension. Arsenault, who was additionally charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan.3.

Oct. 7 at 11:22 p.m., Kim Kilbreth, 34, of Rockland, Mass., was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Route 2 on a charge of operating under the influence, operating without a license, criminal mischief and failure to give correct name. Kilbreth, who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 8 at 8:39 a.m., Robert Gallant, 57, of Peru was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Lincoln Avenue with operating a motor vehicle with an expired license more than 90 days. Gallant is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 8 at 11:39 p.m., Thomas Gilbert, 42, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Rumford Avenue on a charge of operating after suspension. Gilbert is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 9 at 1:52 a.m., Jesse Bates, 19, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Main Street, Mexico, on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bates is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 9 at 1:52 a.m., Trevor Eustis, 19, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Main Street, Mexico, with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Eustis is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 9 at 4:27 a.m., Davis Delille, 20, of Madison, Tenn., was charged by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Erchles Street with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Delille is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 3.

Oct. 8 at 8:39 a.m., GeorgeAnne Brewer, 52, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Prospect Avenue with assault. Brewer is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Oct. 9 at 5:28 p.m., Greg Gibbons, 24, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Robert D. Ryder on Urquhart Street on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft and possession of stolen property. Gibbons posted $1,200 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6.

Burglary

Oct. 9 at 1:50 a.m., Patrolman Michael Belanger is investigating burglary of a motor vehicle on Erchles Street and theft of a GPS. Estimated loss is not listed.

Criminal mischief

Oct. 8 at 7:38 p.m., Cpl. Lawrence Winson investigated damage to a vehicle on Lincoln Avenue. An object was thrown and the bumper dented. No estimate of damage.

Theft

Oct. 5 at 10:27 a.m., Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated the theft of a lawn ornament on Waldo Street. Estimated loss $40.

Oct. 5 at 10:52 a.m., Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated the theft of a snake on Waldo Street. Estimated loss is $400.

Oct. 5 at 10:17 p.m., Patrolman Joseph Sage investigated the theft of medications on Congress Street. Estimated loss not listed.

Oct. 6 at 7:35 p.m., Patrolman Joseph Sage investigated the theft of a purse on Congress Street. Estimated loss is $75.

Wanted

Robert Tuttle, 43, Albany Township, is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant charging failure appear for burning without a permit. The warrant is dated Sept. 14, 2011.
