PORTLAND — Murielle D. Albert, 75, of 89 Lakeshore Drive, Leeds, and Bradenton, Fla., died Saturday, Oct. 8, at Maine Medical Center.

She was born in Lewiston, Dec. 30, 1935, the daughter of Antonio and Marie Ange Simard Savard. Educated in local schools, she was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of 1954.

On May 4, 1957, she married Maurice L. Albert. She was employed for 31 years at St. Croix Federal Credit Union, ending her career as a loan officer.

Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Maurice of Leeds and Bradenton, Fla.; two sons, Michael and wife, Bernadette, of Lewiston and Mark and wife, Ann-Marie, of Lewiston; a sister, Dolly and husband, Pete Grenier, of Lewiston; a sister-in-law, Jane Savard of Winthrop; four grandchildren, Jeffrey, Nicole, Derek and Sheena Albert; and four great-grandchildren, Reid and Rylan Caron and Brooke and Trevin Albert.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Lorraine Gahagan; brother-in-law, Michael Gahagan; and a brother, Normand Savard.
