RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court:

* Robert Montalvo, 42, Dickinson, Texas, operating after suspension, 1:15 a.m. Oct. 10 on Route 2. He was released on $60 cash bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 3 in Rumford District Court.

* Greg Gibbons, 24, Rumford, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft, and possession of stolen property, 5:28 p.m. Oct. 9 on Urquhart Street. He was released on $1,200 unsecured bail.

* Thomas Gilbert, 42, Rumford, operating after suspension, 11:39 p.m. Oct. 8 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on an unknown amount of bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 3 in Rumford District Court.

* Tina Dolloff, 36, Mexico, operating a motor vehicle with an expired license greater than 90 days. She was released on $400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 3 in Rumford District Court.

* Arthur MacIsaac, 37, Rumford, operating after suspension, 8:15 a.m. Oct. 3 on Bridge Street. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.
