Stone-Smart Unit No. 82 American Legion Auxiliary recently recognized its Girls State attendee Toney Cray of Norway, right, and Nora Thombs, Girls State director, celebrating her 50th year involved in Girls State. Cray, a senior at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School in Paris, shared her experience at the weeklong program teaching how the legislative process works. Not in attendance were Girls State attendees Abigail Morton and Danielle Allen, who were sponsored by Norway Savings Bank.
