LEWISTON — Comedian/juggler Randy Judkins will perform at the “Laughing in the Face of Change” event hosted by the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center.
The free community event will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at The Public Theatre, 31 Maple St.
Also a motivational speaker, Judkins delivers poignant messages on coping with change. He focuses attention on the opportunity to cultivate a sense of joy in being alive and to develop strategies for more levity in our lives. Judkins will highlight research along with his “Top 10 Reasons for More Laughter in Your Life”
Since 1975, Judkins has performed a one-person comedy, vaudeville, variety show. He has presented in more than 20 states, Canada and Europe; and has appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “CBS This Morning.”
His performance is a vaudevillian’s blend of eccentric characters, Down East humor, magic, and expert juggling.
