Franklin Memorial Hospital’s new medical arts center being constructed on Main Street in Livermore Falls is shaping up. Developer Kevin Bunker, of Developers Collaborative in Portland, who is working with the Farmington hospital on the project, previously said the building is expected to be done by the end of the year.
