BANGOR, Maine — Detectives with Bangor Police Department’s criminal investigation division went to a Norway Road residence last night to look into a death, Bangor police Lt. Steve Hunt said Friday morning.
A body was discovered just before 6 p.m., the lieutenant said, referring all questions to detectives.
Details about what detectives found after arriving at the residence, including whether the death is suspicious, were not known at noon.
Norway Road is a short roadway situated in a residential community next to the Bangor Municipal Golf Course in the city’s west side. Two neighbors were out washing their cars on Friday morning, and there was no sign of police investigators.
