Doris Daigle of Lewiston leads family and friends of her grandson, Madison Daigle, in Hail Marys and The Lord’s Prayer on Saturday evening near the spot where Madison was killed in an automobile accident one year ago on Stone Road in Auburn. “We wanted to do something for the day that everyone could come to,” said Madison’s mother, Tracy Finnegan, a teacher at Edward Little High School. “We needed something positive, especially with the two young kids who just recently passed.” Madison, 17 when he died, was Finnegan’s only child. The family invited those who would like to remember Madison to join them at the 8:30 a.m. Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church on Sabattus Street this morning.
