DURHAM — Michael and Angela Barkhouse of Peru are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Stone, to Jason Doyle, son of Donna Doyle and William Doyle.

Ms. Stone is a 2007 graduate of Dirigo High School and is currently attending Husson University in Bangor, working toward a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies. She is currently employed at AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions in Falmouth.

Mr. Doyle is a 2004 graduate of Lisbon High School and attended Central Maine Community College, receiving a degree in automotive technology. He is currently employed at George Hildreth’s Yarmouth Auto Care in Yarmouth.

The couple resides in Durham. A wedding is being planned for September of 2012.
