BETHEL — Dana Connors, president of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce, will address the Bethel Rotary Club at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at The Bethel Inn, on the Common. Connors will talk about the most recent and upcoming legislative sessions, from what to expect from a business perspective.

Historical society

HEBRON — The Hebron Historical Society will host Richard and Marcia Cylik and their presentation of the personal aspects of the Civil War soldier at their Tuesday, Oct. 25, meeting. The Cyliks will do their presentation in period garb. Mr. Cylik is a reenactor as a member of Company A, 3rd Maine Regiment Volunteer Infantry. The presentation will be at the Hebron Town office at 7 p.m. following a short meeting. The public is invited.
