AUBURN — Celia R. Harris, 90, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 22, at Clover Manor Healthcare.

She was born in Mechanic Falls on April 5, 1921, the daughter of John and Clara Leach Harris. She attended Minot schools and graduated from Goodwill Farms, Hinkley, and was employed by Portland Packing Company in West Minot. She loved to knit, sew, crochet, and shop.

She is survived by two sisters, Esther Hanscom and Lucy Fitszimmons; three half-brothers, Frank Ford and his wife, Francoise, Henry Ford and his wife, Ada, and John Ford and his wife, Louise; and several nieces and nephews; as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers, John Harris, Arthur Harris, and Amos Harris.

The family would like to thank Clover Manor Healthcare and Androscoggin Hospice for the care they gave to Celia.
