* Jess L. Grenier, 27, of West Paris, Oct. 21, domestic assault, $500 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Wilfred E. Buck, 57, of Rumford, Oct. 22, violating protective order and obstruction of government administration, $300 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Joshua J. Messier, 28, of Rumford, Oct. 22, obstructing a public way, disorderly conduct and probation violation, Rumford Police Department.

* Christopher L. Touchette, 27, of Rumford, Oct. 22, operating under the influence, Rumford Police Department.
