Lewiston City Administrator Edward Barrett looks up the stairs in one of the renovated condominiums on Park Street in Lewiston on Tuesday. Coastal Enterprises Inc., the city of Lewiston and the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council celebrated the official ribbon-cutting of 269-271 Park Street, Barrett’s brainchild. Using federal grants from the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, the city of Lewiston and Coastal Enterprises renovated the decaying building into a pair of spacious, owner-occupied townhouses on the Androscoggin Mill Block across the street from The Public Theatre.
