* Christopher Touchette, 27, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:12 p.m. Oct. 22 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.

* Amber Grassette, 21, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:06 a.m. Oct. 22 on Maine Avenue. She was released on $700 unsecured bail.

* Jake Pomeroy, 22, Dixfield, operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, 11:24 p.m. Oct. 21 on Bridge Street. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.
