LEWISTON — Michael J. Poulin, president, founder and CEO of Downeast Financial Group, has announced that Lori-Ann Gagne and Lena-Jo M. Hartley have become co-owners of Downeast Financial Group.

Hartley is in her 16th year with Downeast Financial Group and is senior vice president with the primary role of client development through investment and tax planning strategies. She targets women’s specialty needs and concerns.

Gagne has worked with Downeast Financial for more than 18 years and is the office administrative manager and treasurer. Her primary role is to oversee administrative staff and coordinate all administrative functions.

Downeast was founded in 1978 to assist individual and small businesses.
