Editor’s note: The bill that is summarized as Question 3 on the ballot eliminates the so-called 100-mile rule. It also eliminates the existing 1,500 limit on the total number of slot machines that may be registered in Maine, creating a new limit of 1,500 machines at each licensed facility.
