* Ryan P. Dean, 28, of Norway, Nov. 4, operating after suspension and failure to stop for an officer, $750 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Jeffrey R. Dolloff, 47, of Peru, Nov. 4, violation of bail condition, Maine State Police.

* Willy A. Libby, 24, of Norway, Nov. 4, two counts of possession of scheduled drugs, $300 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Jessica J. Pinoski, 24, of Greene, Nov. 4, failure to give correct name or address, $500 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* James A. Talbot, 42, of Otisfield, Nov. 4, domestic violence assault, $500 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Joseph A. McNeil, 30, of Buckfield, Nov. 5, operating without a license and operating under the influence, $500 cash bail, Paris Police Department.
