High school-age pianists Shu Jing Lian of Mechanic Falls and Christopher Staknys of Falmouth will perform on Friday, Nov. 18, in the Franco-American Heritage Center’s third Piano Series program titled “Rising Stars.” They will play works by Beethoven, Chopin, Brahms, Scriabin and Massachusetts native Dianne Goolkasian Rahbee. Staknys, a composer, will perform one of his pieces. Tickets to the 7:30 p.m. concert are $16, $14 for seniors; students admitted free. The Franco center is at 46 Cedar St., Lewiston.
