RUMFORD — A Memorial Service for Thomas “Tom” Ricci was held Monday at S.G. Thibault Funeral Home. The Rev. Philip Tracy officiated. Fire Department Honors were rendered by the Mexico and Rumford fire departments. Personal reflections were shared by his son, Dennis Gelhar, his daughter, Margaret “Peggy” Swan, and David McDonald. A poem was read by Joann Gaudet. Interment was in St. John Cemetery. Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Rumford.
