AUBURN — A funeral Mass honoring the life of Marie M. Ouellette was celebrated on Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church following prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Lupo celebrated the Mass and Deacon Dennis Mailhot recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. During the Mass, the first reading was read by family friend, Janet Bishop and the prayer of the faithful was read by Mrs. Ouellette’s great-niece, Louise Michaud. The offertory was brought to the altar by Mrs. Ouellette’s granddaughters, Michelle Langstaff and Amy Bilodeau. Pallbearers were Chris Bilodeau, Keith Croteau, James Peyser, Matthew Ouellette, Steve Croteau and Ron Peyser. A reception of fellowship was held at Marco’s Restaurant following the committal.
