The following will be arraigned on Jan. 3 in Rumford District Court:

* Don Engberg, 23, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 4:56 a.m. Nov. 19 on Erchles Street. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.

* Alycia Ginn, 31, Rumford, violation of a protection from abuse order, 10:50 p.m. Nov. 18 on Prospect Avenue. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.
