AUBURN — Auburn Adult Education has announced the following classes for the month of December.

Certified Nurse’s Assistant: This is a program designed to prepare the student to become a certified nurse’s assistant. Call 333-6661 for registration information. Be employed in the medical field by spring of 2012.

Sewing/Christmas tree skirt: Making this Christmas tree skirt is good for anyone that can sew at level 2. Use all of your skills to quilt it or you can make it as simple as can be. This is a mini class for two days, two weeks, Mondays, Dec. 5 and 12, and Wednesdays, Dec. 7 and 14, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Meeting Your Guardian Angel: Everyone has a Guardian Angel. The two-hour interactive workshop focuses on the ability to connect with one’s own Guardian Angel. The instructor is a certified hypnotherapist. Thursday, Dec. 15, 6 to 8 p.m.

Relax, recharge & revitalize: Abandon cares and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit. Counteract the negative effect of stress in life. Recharge the immune system and learn to increase longevity. The verbally guided exercises will help relieve anxiety and make daily concerns seem to float away, as participants move into progressively deeper states of mental and physical calm. Class is for one night, Dec. 5 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Reiki Master teacher training: This class is for Reiki Level III practitioners who want to learn how to pass attunements. Bring evidence of Level III Reiki training. Thursday, Dec. 1, from 6-8 p.m.
