DIXFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hemingway of Dixfield, join in celebration with Mr. and Mrs. John Fagan of Westport, Mass., to announce the engagement of their children, Dr. Richard Hemingway and Kelly Fagan.

Dr. Hemingway graduated from Dirigo High School, class of 1994, and from Tufts University in Medford, Mass., in 1998 with a degree in anthropology. He received his master’s degree and his doctorate in physical therapy from Simmons College in Boston, Mass. He is currently working through the VNA of Boston for Cross Country TravCorps in home health care in the greater Boston area.

Miss Fagan graduated from Somerset, Mass., High School in 1995. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State College in 2001. She is head veterinary technician at Brockton Animal Hospital in Brockton, Mass.

The couple is residing in West Bridgewater, Mass. A fall 2012 wedding is being planned.
