LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Jere R. Clifford was celebrated Saturday at Holy Family Church, following prayers at Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Father Richard Clifford S.J. celebrated the Mass and was concelebrated by Monsignor Marc Caron. Readers were David and Peter Clifford, and the Prayer of the Faithful was read by William H. Clifford Jr. At the conclusion of Mass, words of remembrance were delivered by Justice Robert Clifford. Pallbearers were Terrence and Liam Harrigan, Randall and Matthew Schukraft, and Douglas and Matthew Clifford. A spring interment will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery. All in attendance were invited to a reception of fellowship at Marco’s Restaurant.
