* Toby A. Boutilier, 35, of Bethel, Nov. 25, theft and failure to provide name or address, Norway Police Department.

* Kenneth A. Boyle, 46, of Mexico, Nov. 26, failure to appear for operating after suspension charge, $500 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Brent J. Conley, 21, of Norway, Nov. 27, fugitive from justice on North Carolina warrant for failure to appear for breaking and entering and felony larceny charges, $6,000 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* Shanon M. McAlister, 23, of Bethel, Nov. 27, failure to pay fines for theft, $660 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* John E. Parker, 21, homeless, Nov. 27, failure to pay fines, Norway Police Department.
