Patrol officers responded to 72 complaints from midnight Nov. 21 to midnight Nov. 28.

Arrests/summonses

Nov. 21 at 10:28 a.m., Casey Campbell, 29, of Dixfield was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Congress Street on a warrant charging failure to appear on a refusal to submit to arrest. Campbell posted $500 cash bail and was released.

Nov. 23 at 11:08 p.m., Laurie-Ann Doherty, 34, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on a charge of operating under the influence on Maine Avenue. Doherty posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 7.

Nov. 24 at 12:24 p.m., Kenneth Boyle, 46, of Mexico was charged by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Hancock Street on a charge of violation conditions of release and theft. Boyle is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Nov. 24 at 5:20 p.m., Karna Reed, 43, of Lewiston was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines on operating after suspension (habitual offender) and operating under the influence. Reed was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Nov. 25 at 11:55 a.m., Jesse Gray, 36, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Maine Avenue on a charge of violation conditions of release. Gray was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.

Nov. 26 at 8:05 p.m., Kenneth Boyle, 46, of Mexico was arrested by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Main Street, Mexico, on a warrant charging failure to appear on operating after suspension. Boyle was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Nov. 26 at 8:05 p.m., Kenneth Boyle, 46, of Mexico was charged by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Main Street, Mexico, on a charge of possession of marijuana. Boyle is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Assault

Nov. 21 at 3:21 p.m., a cellphone caller reported witnessing an assault on Route 2. Sgt. James Bernard assigned the complaint.

Criminal mischief

Nov. 25 at 12:13 p.m., Sgt. James Bernard took a complaint of damage inside a Congress Street business. Estimated loss is not listed.

Theft

Nov. 21 at 6:29 p.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating the theft of $10 cash and drugs stolen from a Waldo Street resident.

Nov. 22 at 7:26 p.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating the theft of a Playstation3 and video games valued at $660 from a Maine Avenue resident.

Nov. 22 at 7:30 p.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating a gas drive-off from a Route 2 business. Loss estimated at $63.

Nov. 26 at 10:29 p.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating cash valued at $40 stolen from a Cumberland Street resident.

Wanted

Charles S. Cogley, 31, Roxbury, is wanted on a Rumford District Court  warrant for failure to appear for operating after suspension. The warrant is dated Nov. 17, 2011.
