AUBURN — Jean S. Morris, 73, of Upper Street, Turner, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, at the Hospice House following a brief illness.

She was born in Lewiston, July 12, 1938, the daughter of the late Albert and Hazel (Varney) Sennett. On the Sept. 4, 1954, she married Marshall Morris, who died on Feb. 8, 1996.

Prior to her retirement, she had done retail baking and ran a vegetable stand. She enjoyed antiquing, her book club membership, cooking and gardening.

Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Perkins of Greene; grandson, Christopher Garrity and wife, Jen Farewell, of Leeds; granddaughter, Jennifer Turcotte and husband, Marc, of York; five great-grandsons, Connor and Roger Garrity, Chase, Garrit and Jacob Turcotte; three sisters, Diane Richardson, Martha Hammond and Mollie Dumais; one brother, Scott Sennett; two nieces, Sarah Sennett and Megan Dumais; four nephews, Dana Richardson, Jeffrey Richardson, David Hammond and Nathan Dumais.
