AUBURN — Louise Boulanger, 97, of Horton Street, Lewiston, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, at The Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice.
She was born in St. Mathieu, Quebec, Canada, June 20, 1914, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anaise (Ouellette) Tardif. Louise worked in local textile mills as a twister for many years. She was a member of the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul and the Society of St. Peter.
Louise is survived by a son, Normand Boulanger and his wife, Jackie, of Lewiston; a sister-in-law, Anna Tardif of Lewiston; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lionel in 1987; a daughter, Lucille Nelson in 2009; and several brothers and sisters.
