Students from Holy Savior School in Rumford sit with singer Malinda Liberty during the Christmas in the River Valley parade Friday night on Congress Street. The school won first place for nonprofits with its float that included Liberty singing her famous “The Maine Christmas Song.” After the parade, children met with Santa and his elf at the Rumford Fire Station for pictures and cookies.
