LEWISTON — A story published on Page A1 of Monday’s City edition incorrectly stated the rules for returning absentee ballots for the Dec. 13 mayoral runoff election. Ballots can only be turned in to the City Clerk’s office in City Hall and will not be accepted at the polls.
