BRUNSWICK — Gilbert George Coy, 76, of Brunswick, died on Dec. 1, at Mid Coast Hospital.

Gilbert was born Jan. 30, 1935, to parents Gilbert J. and Florance Coy.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming.

His survivors include a son;,Gilbert G. Coy III of Brunswick; one daughter Robin Peavy of Freeport; one sister, Shirly Hunsinger of Auburn; and seven brothers Arthur of Auburn, Erwin of Portland, Franky, Bob of Poland, William of Richland GA, Stan of Auburn and Charlie of Bowdoin.

Gilbert was predeceased by his parents; three sisters, Myrtle Freve, Laura Sandborn and Frances Coy; and one son, Gilbert G. Coy Jr.
