LIVERMORE FALLS — Timothy Gallant has been promoted to director of surveying of Main-Land Development Consultants Inc., 42 Church St., Livermore Falls.

Gallant joined Main-Land in 2008.  He is a licensed professional surveyor who received a bachelor of science degree in forestry from the University of Maine at Orono in 2002.

He began his career at Main-Land as a field surveyor, earned his professional surveying license, climbed to survey coordinator, and now directs the survey department. Main-Land employs four professional surveyors and can run up to three survey crews simultaneously. Gallant is tasked with managing the department and all survey projects.

Gallant lives in Wayne with his wife.
