* Jessica Lee Arbogast, 27, of 170 Turner St., allowing minor to possess or consume alcohol, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, 3:34 a.m. Wednesday on Turner Street.

* Cars driven by Tyler B. Dow, 26, of Lewiston and Bonnie MacDonald, 70, of Bowdoinham collided, 5:08 p.m. Monday on Jefferson Street. Damage to the 1997 Toyota driven by Dow and owned by James D. Dow of Turner and to MacDonald’s 2007 Saab was listed as functional.
