Bill Van Horn portrays Scrooge and Maddie Leslie is Tiny Tim in The Public Theatre’s adaptation of “A Christmas Carol,” playing Dec. 9, 10 and 11. As the show opens, a child is reading a copy of the classic Dickens’ novel. Actors and a fiddler appear and slowly coax the child into joining the story and becoming the character Tiny Tim.
